We are an "Active Practice"

Castle Donington Surgery is proud to be signed up to the Active Practice Charter supported by the RCGP. This means that we are part of a national network of practices making positive changes in our surgeries to boost staff and patient wellbeing.

Being an Active Practice can have a huge impact on the health of everyone connected to our practice, both staff and patients.  Being active is proven to reduce the risk of premature death, reduce social isolation and improve immunity to flu and COVID-19, among other illnesses.

The information below will help you move more and be more active, whatever your current level of fitness, from easy gentle movement classes at the local hub, to parkrun for the more adventurous.
